Description

List the newsletters the user has enabled for Articles (the ones shown in WriteStack Articles; hidden newsletters are omitted). Returns publicationId, title, url, and isPrimary. BEFORE creating or pushing an article, call this tool, show the user these newsletters, and ASK which one to use. Never guess. Only these publicationIds are accepted.
