Connect ChatGPT
Find WriteStack in ChatGPT's app directory, connect it, and sign in.
WriteStack is listed in ChatGPT's app directory.
Steps
- In ChatGPT, open Apps and search for WriteStack.
- Click Connect. ChatGPT opens WriteStack. Sign in and approve access.
- In a chat, pick WriteStack from the + menu, or type
@WriteStack, and ask, for example: "Draft three Notes about my latest post."
If it doesn't work
| Problem | Fix |

| "MCP access is not available on your current plan" | Your WriteStack plan doesn't include MCP. See plans and limits. |
| Sign-in window closes and nothing connects | Log in to writestack.io in the same browser first, then connect again. |
| Notes were scheduled but didn't post | Open WriteStack, go to My Notes → Scheduled notes and click Sync N scheduled notes to Substack. See Sync. |
