List activity on the user's Substack (same rules as the WriteStack activity feed): non-dismissed items, excluding the user's own author, optional filter (all / comments / mentions). Results are deduped by thread, include ancestor rows when needed, and each item includes merged attachments plus reaction/restack/comment counts. Use skip and limit for pagination (max 50 per page). totalDeduped is the thread count before slicing; hasMore indicates more pages.
