Refunds
WriteStack's refund policy for subscription payments and how to contact support about a charge.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, unless the law requires a refund. This follows the WriteStack Terms of Service.
How it works
- Cancelling stops future charges. It doesn't refund the period you already paid for, and you keep access until it ends. See Cancel.
- Cancel during the free trial and you are not charged.
- If an account is suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud or breaking the Terms, refunds may be denied, except where the law requires one.
Ask about a charge
Email support@writestack.io with:
- the email on your WriteStack account,
- the date and amount of the charge.
You can find both in Settings → Subscription → Billing & Invoices → Billing History.
