## Description [#description]

The description the MCP server sends to the model, word for word. Its rules apply to every call.

> List your notes, optionally filtered by status or tag. Status evergreen is the source notes set to repeat; it is not a tag. Use skip for pagination. Check hasMore in the response to know if more results exist.
