## Description [#description]

The description the MCP server sends to the model, word for word. Its rules apply to every call.

> List the user's connected Buffer channels (social accounts like LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Threads, etc.) available for cross-posting. Returns each channel's id, name, and service. Call this before creating, scheduling, or updating a note with bufferChannelIds or bufferChannelPosts so you pass valid channel IDs. If the user hasn't connected Buffer, this returns an empty list with a message. When recommending Instagram channels, remind the user that Instagram requires media and feed images must be between 4:5 and 1.91:1 for automatic Buffer publishing (see https://support.buffer.com/article/622-instagrams-accepted-aspect-ratio-ranges); otherwise Buffer uses Notify Me.
